Thanks for joining me!
The scene below is of the Gunpowder River on Easter. It was late in the afternoon, a slight chill was in the air as I walked along the tidal inlet…a day where you might feel compelled to toss a log on the fire and snuggle up with a frothy hot chocolate or spicy mulled cider.
While spring had quietly arrived two weeks earlier, only a few emerging buds and signs of awakening were visible.
This is a fitting simile for my writing journey. I created this blog two days earlier, and it would be another couple of weeks before I would launch my first post, my nervous finger poised, trembling over the <publish> button, as I summoned up the courage to be released from my dormant season.
This is my sketchpad for my awakening writing expedition, an outlet for creative short stories, assessments of my experiences, others’ stories and opinions, conversations I’ve had or heard or felt impacted by; basic commentaries on day-to-day life. Ultimately, my goal is to build a solid, strong, cohesive story that will blossom into a tome of literary fiction…perhaps some ideas from this blog will provide the catalyst to stimulate and cross-pollinate onto the page. Regardless, my musings here will sharpen my skills for the culmination of that next big goal.
Good company in a journey makes the way seem shorter. — Izaak Walton
Hello. I see that you don’t update your page too often. I know that writing
articles is boring and time consuming. But did you know that
there is a tool that allows you to create new posts using existing content (from article directories or other blogs from your
niche)? And it does it very well. The new posts are high quality and pass the copyscape test.
You should try miftolo’s tools
